John Kent was born and raised in Canton, Ohio where he developed a love of music. This led to a degree in Vocal Performance from The Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. John has been fortunate to have recorded solo tracks for Walt Disney Productions here in Florida.
While at the University of Cincinnati John received a BSBA in Finance and Management. The pursuit of a real estate career was certainly the right choice. Just like in music every detail (or note) counts in making a real estate transaction flow smoothly. With over 450 career sales in the Cocoa Beach area John knows how to hit the right real estate notes. "When a client expresses a desire for a particular type of real estate I will find it, even if it is not on the market yet," says John who seeks those hard to find properties.
With over 23 years of experience John knows all aspects of a purchase from financing, rental potential to possible future appreciation. John especially enjoys selling Beach Houses and Condominiums. Did you know that 3 of "Florida's 10 Best Beaches" (declared by Southern Living) are in Brevard County? John knows where they are. As a tutor for advanced math, John is constantly giving back to the community. It is his love for this area that makes working with John special.
