Experience that counts If Pat Wojewoda only knew that falling in love meant moving away from her beloved hometown of Bristol, Connecticut she might not have been so eager. On her honeymoon she drove to Florida where her husband had a job with Kennedy Space Center on the Gemini program. It was not anything like living in New England. Forty-one years later with the same wonderful husband, Gene Wojewoda, two children-Barbara and Lynn and three grandchildren-Stephanie, Samantha and Nicole. Pat says, "I would not have changed anything."
With husband, Gene, Pat built Professional Touch Realty, which was so successful that Arvida Realty Services made an offer to purchase their company that they could not refuse. "The free time at first was nice and I still dabbled in real estate but it just was not the same," says Pat who is now the Broker of Prudential Star Real Estate.
Pat says, "Real Estate is exciting every which way." Whether she is finding a buyer their first home, assisting investors with a 1031 tax-free exchange, working with the zoning department to insure a commercial endeavor is successful or matching personalities with condominium associations, Pat's greatest joy is in helping people.
